All DryStream systems are supplied with a full one-year warranty and, for non DIY packages, that includes full on-site maintenance. In the unlikely event of a mechanical breakdown, an engineer can visit you to fix your system on-site.
Once the DryStream hardware warranty expires you’ll be invited to take out DryStream’s unique Enhanced Service Plan (ESP), which gives you all the benefits of warranty for another year plus free software upgrades and many other user benefits.
All callout charges, parts and labour are covered under an ESP agreement giving you peace of mind in the event of any normal failure of any hardware component.
Payment is usually by quarterly standing order or direct debit.
