Your DryStream TOUCH system can send SMS text messages directly to your customers mobile telephone handsets, easily and very cheaply.
The system works in 3 ways:
First you can configure your DryStream system to send a message to customers advising them when their cleaning is ready for collection. This improves customer service and speeds up garment return and cash collection.
Next you can send messages when customer’s orders are overdue and require collection. This helps you clear the rail and collect cash more quickly.
Lastly you can send marketing messages to groups of customers advising them perhaps of special offers or new services. This method is more direct than poster or magazine advertising and cheaper and more direct than mail shots.
Since 2007, all new DryStream TOUCH systems are shipped with DryStream TEXT built in. You need only to purchase message credits to get going. There’s no monthly charge and you only pay for the messages you want to send.
