Maintenance & Support

Unlike any other supplier to the industry, DryStream provides unlimited telephone support free of charge to all its customers.

In addition, all DryStream systems are supplied with a full one-year warranty and, for non DIY packages, that includes full on-site nationwide maintenance. In the unlikely event of a mechanical breakdown, an engineer can visit you to fix your system on-site.

Once the DryStream hardware warranty expires you’ll be invited to take out DryStream’s unique Enhanced Service Plan (ESP) which gives you all the benefits of warranty year after year plus free software updates and many other user benefits.

All callout charges, parts and labour are covered under an ESP plan including priority call-outs, giving you peace of mind for just a small quarterly payment.

Remember, unlimited FREE telephone support is always available to you when you buy or lease your own DryStream EPoS system.
