We are based in Barnet, Hertfordshire, just North of London, UK and very close to the M25 London’s orbital motorway.
DryStream software is our own product, developed in-house by our own programming team. This means it is built for YOUR market and not a foreign import (for which you will get limited support).
We develop quality software products and are the only UK vendor to this industry to win Microsoft’s Certified Partner accreditation for quality, commitment and performance.
We work conscientiously for the benefit of our customers and always innovate where others only follow. We were the first to offer integrated credit card systems for dry cleaners and the first to get their credit card commission rates down to 1.49%. We were the first to introduce automatic texting with our DryStream TEXT product, we are the only supplier to offer certain value added services and the only supplier that can offer all this plus lease, purchase and rental options to help you finance your new system.

We are one of the very few companies who prefer to visit you to show you our products. We believe that if a supplier won’t visit to sell you a system then they’re unlikely to be able to visit you to help out if things go wrong.
We are the only supplier to offer unlimited FREE telephone support on DryStream products for all our customers wherever they are in the world and we will happily support our hardware products on maintenance contracts or for ad-hoc support long after they have been purchased. That demonstrates the confidence we have in our products.
In other markets we have built systems for companies like Indy Car in the USA, Cricket World Cup and the African Cup of Nations, both in South Africa. We write software for the entire formal-wear hire division of gents retailer, Suits You, who use our software in around 80 of their UK and Irish shops and in their distribution warehouse. And we have developed and supplied systems to companies in Europe, Mexico, USA, Dubai and Pakistan.
Our team includes MD, Jonathan Beach, who has more than 23 years experience in the IT business, Daniel Wright who has similar experience and manages the technical and installations arm and James Burns who is an official “Microsoft Associate Expert” who leads the software development of DryStream and other bespoke software products.
